27 December 2018 15:59So I get a letter saying my balance transfer has been declined because they don't have the Payee Address for Carecredit. So I called Chase to give it to them, and he has to send me a new card because since I don't have one yet, he can't do anything because I can't verify the digits on the back of it in order to process my balance transfer request.
If you NEEDED THE ADDRESS, WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK FOR IT ON THE APPLICATION. IF IT WAS ON THE APPLICATION, WHY WAS IT APPROVED WITHOUT THAT INFORMATION. And then the fucking rep gets an attitude when I asked "so you can't do anything without my card?" and he was like "yes, that's why I sent you a new one." Bitch, step off. I'm stressed as fuck about this balance bullshit, so don't get a 'tude with me because your system is fucking back-asswards. You honestly did NOT say anything about that when you said you were sending me a new card.
