Okay, I am not doing any more shows for a while.

I honestly cannot get into this character. I feel ridiculous, I don't feel funny, and although I love the director, don't make changes to my character because someone else can't remember to bring a fucking prop out so you fuck with my stage directions to cater to THEM.

So, imma be petty since you pissed me off. I'm bringing the god damn tray out and then walking the fuck off the stage without doing anything. y'all can have fun with that tomorrow and see how terrible it looks. i'm not fucking improv'ing shit because you keep changing my stuff for them.

Oh man that certainly must cheese you off. I don't think you're being petty. It sounds like they're just using you but they aren't even very good at it.

I don't even know what they're trying to do at this point. Some of the changes made I get because we have to work with what we have or whatever, but if she can't remember to bring out a prop, make HER deal with it, not change MY stage direction. So now I have to bring out a tray and take the plates and stuff off and then just leave the tray there.

...WHY? Why would I even BOTHER taking the shit off if I'm just going to leave the thing there? Okay, no. I'm just going to put it down and leave it there, I'm not even going to take my time or make it funny because you literally removed the whole point of that. I'm supposed to take my time with the plates because the doorbell rings and I don't hear it and I walk off stage after doing all that and it's supposed to be funny. You LITERALLY just took that all away because SHE can't remember to bring the tray out later. Okay.

Some productions are very confusing and it's hard to tell what directors want...I'm not all that sure they know. What they're doing makes no sense. Sheesh.

Thank you. I hate being petty sometimes, but I have had to make constant changes to this character because they don't like the way X thing looks, and it detracts more and more from the humor my character is supposed to bring. I'm just so done with this.
